May not be the most romantic way of meeting, but far more common nowadays. We met on an online dating website, but I won't stop there because it was fate that brought us together. We met face to face on October 15, 2016, just a week before, I had created a profile on the website. At the bottom of my profile I asked whoever was reading, that if they thought we'd be a good match and have things in common, to message me their favorite color. I got tons of messages, some were favorite colors, some had no personality, and some were not so nice lol. The third day after making my profile, while I was at work, I saw that I already had 65 unread messages. I dreaded the thought of opening them and having to filter through, so I told myself that I would check the messages on my lunch break and if the most recent message was not creative, vulgar, or I wasn't attracted to the person I was going to delete the app and go about my life. Low and behold, I opened my messages and Tommy's was the most recent message. He was attractive, and his message wasn't boring. I remember it to this day, "black, white, and sometimes gray... If you even consider those colors lol". I was intrigued, messaged back and he made me laugh right away through messaging. He told me he would like to talk on the phone and asked if I was ok with exchanging numbers. So I took a leap of faith, never looked back, and 5 years later I married my best friend.
