I have a special place in MY heart for intimate celebrations.

There’s a lot that goes into the approach of photographing weddings and elopements, but the number one thing to creating the work I do is making it fun and authentic for all my couples. I am not out here on a cover-shoot nor am I out here to just document you doing your own thing – the three of us are exploring through the mountains and valleys together. We’re posing together. We’re creating images together. We’re popping bubbly together. We’re laughing together. And we’re all having a freaking blast out there, together!

WHERE IT ALL STARTED....

It all started when I married my wife, Jillian. We were college sweethearts, young, and in love. But on that day, as we read our vows, I made her a promise - a promise to live a life of adventure with her by my side.

In living up to that promise in 2011, we moved to Haiti and made a life for ourselves there for seven years. We started Emmaus House, an organization working with at-risk youth, and I started a photography business focusing on tourism and business development. While there, we adopted our two oldest, Nalan and Dalen, and gave birth to my son Jake.

FOLLOWING MY DREAMS...

We moved back to the United States, and I decided to focus on my dream job of Adventure wedding photography and am having the time of my life! Working with so many couples locally and worldwide to tell their unique love stories has been a fantastic blessing in my life!

Giving my couple the adventurous experience in the great outdoors has been a dream come true! I help my couple plan their adventure weddings & engagement sessions.
